Delivery & Postal charges

I aim to post orders from my website ranges out within 1-2 weeks of receiving payment. I will notify you by email to give you actual timescale as each piece takes a different amount of time to make. Commissioned work may take longer as designs will require approval before silver/materials can be ordered - I will estimate timescale to you via email. All items are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for insurance purposes and I charge a flat rate of £7 for this on top of your order. It is a secure and reliable service and requires a signature on delivery. I will also email to notify when item has been sent to you.

Exchange rates for international orders

Though all are prices are in pounds sterling, it is possible to buy from overseas using your credit card. Your credit card will automatically convert the pounds value into your currency at the current exchange rate. Please contact me for postage costs.

Privacy & Security

I can accept payments via BACS, paypal and by cheque - please contact me if you wish to pay by cheque for postal address. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act, I follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have given me, to prevent unauthorised access. I will not disclose any individually identifiable information about its users to any third party.

Purchasing information

If I cannot fulfill an order or have it sent on the stated date, I will notify you immediately - whereupon I will offer you the choice of: putting the item on back-order for despatch as soon as it is ready to be sent to you, a refund for the item or the chance to choose an alternative item/s instead. I have made every effort to display all my jewellery as accurately as possible. As colours and images vary depending on your monitor and browser I am unable to guarantee that products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. If requested I will send you more images of the piece in question.

Returns Policy

I operate a simple returns policy as follows: * A simple 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify me (stating reason for return). I will then issue you with either a refund (not including return postage costs) or allow you to exchange the item for something else instead. This Guarantee does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons.

* Please send items back using recorded / registered post for security purposes. This postage cost is not reimbursed (unless item is damaged/faulty).

* Please check your goods on delivery. If items do arrive damaged/faulty please let me know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to me. I will reimburse you these extra postage costs. Please contact me first before sending.
